Lawrence Family Limousin began in 1988 when Bruce & Paula Lawrence's
son caught a scramble heifer at the Fort Worth and Houston stock
shows. They later bought a Limousin heifer that went on to be named
champion in the Houston scramble show. The Lawrence Family Limousin
operation has since grown to become one of the most recognizable
names in the Limousin breed.
Located in Anton, Texas, in the panhandle near Lubbock, the operation includes a 150-head registered Limousin cowherd as well as a farming and ranching operation that consists of cotton, corn, grain sorghum, wheat and grass pasture.
We now market between 50 and 60 commercial bulls per year, as well as sell bred heifers and show heifer prospects to producers and junior exhibitors all over the country.
The Lawrence Family consists of Bruce & Paula, along with their children Paul, Amber and son-in-law Johnny, and Lee Roy and daughter-in-law Shelbi; as well as five grandchildren Ashlee, Clay, Trystan, Colt & Tucker.
